ZainTECH unifies acquired businesses and expands regional operations into Egypt
ZainTECH, the digital solutions arm of Zain Group, has unified acquired businesses STS Arabia, BIOS Middle East, and Adfolks under the ZainTECH brand as it expands its regional operations. The company has also updated its brand promise to “What’s next is now.”
ZainTECH said it delivers services to more than 1,600 organizations and government customers through a framework built around three areas: Digital, Intelligent, and Resilient.
The company recently launched operations in Egypt and said it has also invested in scaling its presence in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Iraq, and Bahrain to support demand for digital and business-critical services.
ZainTECH now operates across eight countries through a unified delivery model covering cloud, cybersecurity, data and AI, digital solutions, modern infrastructure, drones, and robotics.
Digital, Intelligent, and Resilient
ZainTECH’s framework organizes its capabilities around three intended customer outcomes. The Digital pillar covers cloud, infrastructure, connectivity, applications, and automation used to support technology modernization.
The Intelligent pillar focuses on AI, data, and analytics to turn information into actionable insights and support decision-making.
The Resilient pillar combines cybersecurity, managed services, and resilient digital infrastructure with the aim of supporting business continuity and operational confidence.
ZainTECH said these areas are intended to provide an integrated approach to digital modernization by combining technology, intelligence, and resilience across its portfolio.
Andrew Hanna, CEO of ZainTECH, said the company’s evolution brings together its capabilities, expertise, and regional presence under a strategy focused on helping customers turn technology into measurable business outcomes.
Hanna added that the company’s expansion into Egypt forms part of its broader growth strategy and reflects what ZainTECH sees as opportunities across the country’s enterprise and government sectors.
