Dyson Expands HushJet Range With Its Most Powerful Air Purifier Yet
HushJet was the centrepiece of Dyson’s environmental-care presentation at Dyson Unveiled in Berlin, where the company expanded the airflow system from compact purifiers and fans into a broader family led by what it calls its most powerful air purifier yet.
MENA TECH saw the new machines presented on stage and in a hands-on exhibition display. The range now includes a purifier designed to move clean air across multiple rooms, a smaller purifier with personal cooling, and a three-in-one model that also provides heating.
The launch made HushJet a clear example of Dyson’s wider move from purely mechanical appliances towards connected machines that use sensors and software, with machine learning also appearing in selected products. New robot vacuums, a revised wet floor cleaner, hair tools and an expanded customer-service platform followed as supporting announcements.
“Now we have shifted from purely mechanical devices to intelligent machines that can see, think, and respond.”

How Dyson’s HushJet nozzle controls air and sound
The defining feature is the flower-like, forward-facing HushJet nozzle. Dyson says its engineers drew on aviation principles, using shaped airflow paths to control turbulence at its source. In a home purifier, the objective is to project air farther into a room while reducing the noise that high-speed airflow can create.
Dyson introduced this design approach with the HushJet Compact Purifier in 2025, then carried it into the HushJet Mini Cool Fan in April 2026. The Berlin launch extends the same air-projection concept across larger purifiers, heaters and cooling products rather than treating HushJet as one compact machine.

HushJet Big+Quiet leads the expanded purifier range
At the top of the family is the Dyson HushJet Big+Quiet Cool Pure+ Formaldehyde + UV air purifier. Dyson describes it as the largest model in the range and its most powerful purifier, designed for long-range projection, improved room mixing and multi-room purification.
A low-pressure, high-flow compressor works with a three-stage filtration system that Dyson says captures particles and gases and destroys formaldehyde. Under the company’s test conditions, the purifier is claimed to capture 99.999% of pollutants as small as 0.01 microns. That figure is a manufacturer claim and should remain attributed to Dyson.
Below the flagship, the medium-format HushJet Pure Cool+ Formaldehyde + UV combines purification with personal cooling. Dyson says it delivers up to three times the purification performance of its predecessors. The HushJet Hot Cool Pure+ adds heating and is positioned as the company’s most powerful three-in-one purifier for year-round use.
Nurovi robots bring vision and adaptive cleaning
Dyson’s next major announcement was the Nurovi robot-vacuum range. The vacuum-only R1 Nurovi Dry uses a Twin-capture system that separates larger debris from fine dust, while the R2 Nurovi Wash+Dry adds two Reuleaux triangle-shaped wet-cleaning pads designed to work closer to corners.
The higher-end R3 Nurovi Spot+Scrub UV combines ultraviolet light, computer vision and green illumination to identify stains and objects, then repeat cleaning passes until the surface appears clean. Dyson presented the R3 in Berlin but did not provide market-by-market Middle East availability in the supplied announcement.

W1 PencilWash adds dock-based self-cleaning
Dyson also revised its slim wet floor cleaner. The W1 PencilWash keeps the narrow shape of the model launched earlier in 2026 but adds a more absorbent roller, a redesigned hygienic waste system and self-cleaning technology in the dock.
The supplied release does not provide a Middle East price, battery figure or regional launch date for the revised W1 PencilWash.

Hair tools and MyDyson complete the lineup
The remaining product announcements included Corrale CoolShine, which combines Dyson’s flexing plates with an active-cooling attachment, and Airsmooth, the company’s first dedicated hot-air brush. Dyson says Corrale CoolShine is designed to reduce heat exposure while styling. Airsmooth uses two bristle systems and measures temperature 100 times per second to manage airflow and tension across different hair types.
Dyson also outlined a wider MyDyson service platform combining connected diagnostics, product guidance and human support. It includes personalised robot onboarding, expanded in-store servicing at selected locations and a loan-machine promise for eligible repairs that cannot be completed immediately.
Middle East prices and availability remain unconfirmed
The supplied Dyson Unveiled announcement does not provide UAE, Saudi or wider Middle East prices and launch dates for the expanded HushJet range, Nurovi robots, W1 PencilWash, Corrale CoolShine or Airsmooth. Those details should be confirmed with Dyson before they are added to local coverage.
CameraJet, the camera-equipped toothbrush that also debuted in Berlin, is covered in a separate MENAtech article. In a separate regional release, Dyson confirmed that CameraJet would reach Dyson Demo Stores and selected retailers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia in September, priced at AED 1,949 and SAR 1,949 respectively.
