Google launches Pomelli Agent to streamline brand identity and website development

Google announced a significant upgrade to Pomelli, its specialized tool housed in Google Labs designed to help small and medium-sized businesses create on-brand content. Following its initial rollout last year, which Google said has generated millions of professional product shots, social campaigns, and advertisements, the platform is incorporating new agentic capabilities to further streamline enterprise workflows.

The primary update introduces the Pomelli Agent, an automated system engineered to help businesses establish their core “Business DNA” or brand identity. According to the company, users can upload existing documentation, product portfolios, and photos, or interact directly with the agent via a chat interface to formulate their brand parameters from scratch.

Once a user’s Business DNA is established within the system, the platform unlocks two newly developed automated features:

• Brand Books: This functionality generates comprehensive stylistic guides that aggregate and showcase the brand’s proprietary custom images, typography fonts, and color palettes.

• Websites: This addition enables business operators to design, assemble, and deploy a complete website layout within a few automated clicks.

These updates represent a big shift in digital productivity. For small business owners and everyday users, the platform eliminates the need for hefty budgets and hours spent building brand identities or websites from scratch.
