Huawei will present its cybersecurity strategy at GISEC GLOBAL 2026 as the event\u2019s Lead Strategic Partner, with the conference taking place from September 16 to 18 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City.<\/p>\n
The event\u2019s theme, Cyber First: The New Digital Order, focuses on the role of cybersecurity as artificial intelligence adoption and digital transformation accelerate across the region. Huawei executives and experts are scheduled to participate in keynote sessions and high-level panels covering sovereign AI, cybersecurity talent, security operations, cyber resilience, and proactive defense.<\/p>\n
Huawei will also host a Cyber Resilience Workshop under the theme “Securing the Digital Future: AI, Cloud and Cyber Resilience.” The company said the workshop will bring together cybersecurity leaders, regulators, and customers from the Middle East and Central Asia to discuss emerging cyber risks, sovereign cloud strategies, AI-driven threats, and digital resilience priorities.<\/p>\n
At the event, Huawei will demonstrate how security can be embedded across cloud, computing, networks, and data to support AI adoption and digital transformation. Huawei Cloud combines AI capabilities with multi-layered security safeguards built around four roots of trust and five layers of guardrails. According to Huawei, these are designed to address risks including data leakage, prompt injection, model security, and application security.<\/p>\n
Huawei Confidential Computing solutions are designed to protect sensitive data at the hardware level, including in multi-tenant cloud environments. The company will also showcase Xinghe AI Unified SASE, which Huawei said achieves a 95% detection rate for unknown threats and provides intelligent network protection across different scenarios.<\/p>\n
HiSec NG-SIEM is designed to provide security visibility across domains, correlate attack chains, reduce alert noise, and automate response. Huawei said the platform can reduce incident response time to minutes. Huawei will also present data protection solutions intended to strengthen data resilience and service continuity.<\/p>\n
The company plans to demonstrate how cybersecurity can be integrated into digitalization efforts across sectors including carrier networks, government, healthcare, and oil and gas. Huawei said the approach is intended to allow organizations to continue digital innovation while maintaining security and operational resilience.<\/p>\n
Huawei will also highlight its continued investment in cybersecurity, governance frameworks, and security practices across its products, solutions, and operations.<\/p>\n
Corey Deng, Chief Security Officer for Huawei Middle East and Central Asia, said AI is changing both organizational operations and the evolution of cyber threats. He said traditional protection alone is no longer sufficient and that Huawei\u2019s approach is to embed intelligence and build resilience into digital infrastructure from the ground up.<\/p>\n
