In a collaboration with Japanese fashion house ISSEY MIYAKE, Apple launched an interesting-looking, expensive \u201cbag\u201d for its iPhone lineup: the iPhone Pocket.<\/p>\n
The new accessory resembles a flexible sleeve, similar to the classic iPod Sock. The \u201cPocket\u201d is elongated into a strap crafted from a ribbed, elastic fabric, resembling a wool sock at first glance.<\/p>\n
The Pocket comes in two versions: a short strap and a long one. The short version is available in eight colors and costs $150 (~AED 550), while the longer version, on the other hand, is available in 3 colors and costs $230 (~AED 230). Both models are compatible with all iPhone versions.<\/p>\n\n
Apple states that the color collection was designed to complement every iPhone model and color. In contrast, the versatile design allows users to carry it by hand, attach it to a bag, or wear it directly.<\/p>\n
The company that collaborated with Apple on the Pocket, ISSEY MIYAKE, was founded by the same designer responsible for creating Steve Jobs\u2019 iconic black mock turtleneck.<\/p>\n
The limited-edition\u00a0iPhone Pocket\u00a0will be released on November 14 through Apple\u2019s online stores in multiple countries, with no availability info for the Middle East.
