The Department of Government Enablement in Abu Dhabi, represented by TAMM, the emirate’s unified government services platform, signed an MoU with 7X, a holding group specializing in trade, transport, and logistics. The partnership aims to strengthen shared digital infrastructure, improve service accessibility, and accelerate Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation goals.

The agreement centers on providing correspondence services via WAYN, the UAE’s Digital P.O. Box system, accessible on the TAMM platform.

By integrating with WAYN, the initiative offers a modern solution that strengthens digital identities for individuals and organizations. It allows users to receive correspondence only from verified sources. It also features intelligent archiving and categorization for easier document access, secure storage, and better protection against fraud and spam.

Senior representatives from the Department of Government Enablement in Abu Dhabi and 7X attended the signing ceremony.

According to the MoU, both parties will also explore opportunities for collaboration to improve digital postal services, parcel delivery, and tracking through the TAMM platform. This will be accomplished by integrating the National Network for Logistics (NXN) services into TAMM and its customer service centers, and by offering TAMM’s services across NXN’s branches throughout Abu Dhabi.

Additionally, TAMM plans to utilize the logistics and last-mile delivery expertise of EMX—7X’s logistics subsidiary to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery services.

Tariq Al Wahedi, Group CEO of 7X, stated, “By making WAYN available on the TAMM platform, we are introducing a new dimension of ease and reliability in the field.”

Dr. Mohammed Abdul Hamid Al Askar, Director-General of TAMM, added, “This partnership with 7X underscores the shared commitment of both parties to improving the emirate’s digital infrastructure by offering smart and integrated solutions that boost customer experiences and reinforce the UAE’s competitiveness and position as a global hub for government innovations and digital services.”
